Biography: Mrs. Presentación Garcia Gomez, Currently is the Coordinator of the Technology Department from National technological Center for Food and Canning Industry (CTNC)- Murcia-Spain.. In 2006, Ph degree in food and agricultural equipment engineering Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT)-Spain. In 1999, Degree in chemical engineering- Universidad Granada (UGR)– Spain. Since 2018 coordinated 11 R&D projects (European and national) and published 7 scientific papers (ORCID: 0000-0003-4283-3492). Working for more than 20 years in the development of new food products with traditional and new technologies. Expertise in both thermal and nonthermal technologies. Wide experience in green technologies for the valorisation of food side streams and in the formulation of these “natural” ingredients in food products or cosmetics
