Biography:

Guillermo Salamanca Grosso, PhD in Chemical Sciences (Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, 2001UPV), Master in Chemical Sciences (Universidad del Valle, Cali Colombia, 1987). University Specialist in Food Technology (UPV). He has done postdoctoral stays at the University of Sao Paulo, (Brazil, 2012), University Institute of Food Engineering for Development: IIAD, 2011 (UPV), Universidad Publica de Navarra (2007), Universidad de Murcia (2002, 2003). Editorial board: Revista Colombiana de Ciencias Agroindustriales and Revista Venezolana de Ciencia y Tecnología de alimentos. Author of more than 30 research articles in refereed journals.
